Does someone have to be present at the pickup and drop off?
Yes, we prefer that an authorised person is present at the pickup and drop off of your belongings. At drop off, it’s especially important that this person instructs Anspach Removals the placement of any boxes and furniture at the new home or office.

What’s the best way to pack my valuables if packing is not included in the quote?
Anspach Removals are able to provide you with packing materials for your move if you need them, our suggestion is basic things such as clean and sturdy cartons, clean newspaper or packing paper, bubble wrap, marking pens and strong packing tape.

I need storage. How long can I store my household goods with you?
Anspach Removals recommends Hendon’s Self Storage, providing any period of time; a week to an indefinite timeframe. See our Storage Solutions page for more information.

How long is my quote valid for?
Anspach Removals quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of request and the work is to commence within 90 days from the date of acceptance.
